Shawna Swanson

Shawna, has been driven by a lifelong passion for science and medicine. Her journey led her to complete her undergraduate studies at Queens University of Charlotte, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor in both Physics and Chemistry. 

Shawna found her calling in the Veterinary field, where her deep-seated love for animals intersected with her love for medicine. While enjoying working hands on as a technician, Shawna had a passion for team building and management. Shawna possesses a strong desire to build and lead effective teams. She is committed to promoting a teaching environment helping employees realize their full potential.

Shawna is also an accomplished equestrian with extensive training experience in both Europe and the United States. She continues to pursue her passion for equestrian sports, competing with her two beloved horses, Concertino de Mies and Zarino Blue.
