Dr. Nina Havelka

Dr. Nina Havelka is excited to be back in the Charlotte area, where she was born and raised, serving pets and their families. She previously shadowed at Greenock farm veterinary hospital to gain large animal hours prior to schooling and was drawn to the collaborative atmosphere.

Dr. Havelka earned her BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and later completed her MBA from St. Andrews University. She graduated from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2026, where she gained experience caring for a variety of species. She primarily enjoys caring for dogs and cats, with particular interests in cardiology, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Havelka enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her daughter
